One of Britain’s best-known chefs, Brian cut his television teeth on the BBC’s Food and Drink programme and daytime shows including TV-am, Pebble Mill and This Morning.
He has been one of the mainstays of the popular game show Ready Steady Cook since its launch in 1994, as well as a contributor to many other television and radio shows.
