The order came 2.5 hours after we ordered it, a full 1.5 hour later than it was supposed to.
We never got any sort of message or phone call to say they were running far behind.
When I asked him why he was 1.5 hours late he literally grinned at me.
If we had just gotten a message saying they were super busy I would have been way more understanding.
It was incredibly unprofessional to just show up 1.5 hours late with no word.
