Mum’s Bistro is lovely little family run Cypriot Eatery, nestled in the heart of Bowes Park, North London.
Mum’s Bistro serves up, yes you guessed it (the clue’s in the name) delicious home cooked Traditional Cypriot cuisine.
Their experience and love of food and hospitality over the last 30 years has taken us here to Mum’s Bistro in North London!!
Diana’s (Mum) food has the backbone of traditional recipes and cooking methods that have been passed from generation to generation.
In conclusion Mum’s Bistro serves absolutely delicious food and is great value for money!

Although that was a couple of years ago, my recollection is that this restaurant did quite good pasta.
From a limited menu (that we had to pre-select from) I chose a vegetarian platter as starter, Bistecca di Bue con Patate for the main course, and Pasticcio di Cioccolato as dessert.
The starter was really quite good, with very nice fresh foccacio bread and a variety of peppers, olives and mozarella.
Unfortunately, the main course wasn’t so good.
Christmas set menus for office parties are notoriously poor, and this one was no exception.

Good food and decent value at this restaurant which is way better and more authentic than the average high street Chinese in this part of north London.
Great food and friendly service, what more could you want?
The menu might not look particularly interesting but while it doesn't stray from the Chinese restaurant classics, they're cooked so well, you feel that you're eating entirely different dishes.
Fufu is rapidly becoming my favourite Chinese restaurant.
