Moving onto Hot Food was definitely going to be a challenge for me as I had never worked in a kitchen before but I managed to listen to my trainer and now I am able to assist in the kitchen when required.
Behind the till it can get very stressful just simply because of how busy it can get but everyone, including myself, is able to stay calm and I still give great customer service no matter how busy.
Working in Pret has allowed me to improve on many skills such as customer service, time keeping, organisation and team working.
