Please don't go to restaurant it's got the worst service I've had in my life.

The waiter refused to take our kids order until the whole party was ready to order.

when we question how long it would be until our food would be ready an hour later we where then screamed at by what I think was the manager from the other side of the restaurant that we had to wait for 20 mins more and that our food had to be cooked in a very sarcastic mannor!

On this note my motherin law said she felt like a second class citizen as we all did so we made the collective dision to leave.I have been to RayPut a few years ago and was happy with the service I got; however I would not recommend that place to anyone.

When you go out the service plays a big part of the day so don't go there it will def mess up your night and my the sound of it the take away service is just as bad.

As based in goldhawk road I was expecting my food to arrive within 45 minutes.

After an hour and 10 minutes there was no sign of the food so my boyfriend called up and was assured the food was on its way.

My boyfriend explained on the phone that we were not going to pay the full price for the food due to the length of the time we had been waiting.

After an hour and 45 minutes, our food FINALLY arrived.
