we placed an order it came quickly but we realised half of it was missing, we rang the shop to ask where the rest of our order was and got told it had been sent and we were lying and trying to get extra food.
the missing food eventually turned up (cold as it had been with the delivery driver for nearly an hour) and there was no apology for the accusation.
