Because the Good Life Eatery is very small, seating 25 people max, it means that you are likely going to have to wait to secure yourself a table at this healthy hotspot.
Well, as long as you can ignore the (healthified) cakes right by the entrance that is ;) For brunch we ordered the Zucchini Fettuchini; which is pretty much a superfood salad containing raw courgette noodles, almond pesto, edamame, broccoli, herbs, sundried tomatoes and goats cheese, the So-Fresh and So-Clean (Poached Eggs, Red and White Quinoa, Kale, Sweet Potato, Omega Seeds and Spinach Cashew Cream) and I went for the Skinny Benedict w/ wheat free Chia Bread.
I usually never get Eggs Benedict because I don’t actually like Hollandaise sauce (I know, I am weird like that) but the skinny twist on this classic dish at the Good Life Eatery is that the benedict sauce is made from yoghurt and saffron and it was yum!
These little healthy versions of Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups have been on my mind ever since I had them, they were sooooo good.

On Saturday I ticked one that’s been on the list for a while, The Good Life Eatery in Chelsea.
Takeaway could be a really good option, especially for their cold pressed juices.
I’d finished my final 10 miler before Berlin that morning, so was pretty hungry but the time I met Ej and Loz.
The girls both chose Avocado and chilli on toast- next time we’ll add poached eggs, plus a side of sweet potato and dukka dip to share.
Both Loz and I had first heard about The Good Life Eatery having spotted it on Millie Mackintosh’s instagram account, so it felt very appropriate to spot her enjoying breakfast there!
