The Authentic Pasta Restaurant

Partners in business and in life, Leandro and Diana Gonzalez set up L’Artigiano last year.

We spoke to Leandro about their successful first year in business.

Each day we make four types of pasta – ravioli, tagliatelle, and gnocchi – as well as lasagne, and focaccia.

In it is quite difficult to run a family business because there are too many big chains and they have too much power.

If you are afraid and don’t want to take the risk – it’s better not to go into business.

London may have no shortage of Italian restaurants, but nowhere in the city does pasta quite like L’Artigiano.

Headed by chef Giampiero D’Agnelli who hails from the Puglia region of Southern Italy which is renowned for traditionalism and quality produce, he showcases the culinary delights of his homeland to the foodies of London, specialising in handmade pasta cooked from scratch each day.

Customise your own pasta dish by selecting your favourite pasta, sauce and toppings, a pair it with some freshly-baked focaccia for the ultimate experience.

Located on Old Street, L’Artigiano is the place to go for artisanal Italian cuisine in the city – book a table now.
