Fowl Mouths Food

"A perfect meal: the company matched by the food.

I've travelled widely in Japan and this is the first meal to match the food I ate in people's homes there.

I love eating out - you can read about the incredible food we've enjoyed around London and beyond under the Blog tab above - and I'm an avid Instagrammer too.

The food was awesome - spicy edamame, delicious gzoza, then melt in the mouth ribs then the star act - the karaage chicken served with rice and coleslaw, then a gooey chocolatey Japanese desert with unusual macha icecream.

REVIEW: Salaam Namaste, Bloomsbury - Food Goblin

Review analysis
food   menu   ambience   location   value

When I heard before Christmas therefore that Indian restaurant Salaam Namaste in Bloomsbury was cut from a different cloth and took pains to feature regional Indian menus throughout the year, recently including a Goan themed menu, I was excited to go down and try it their food.

Mains brought me a seafood ‘moilee’ of king prawn, scallops and seabass in a coconut and mustard sauce.

Like a good South Indian curry should be, it was light yet creamy, thick enough to coat the back of a spoon but loose enough to be gluggable by the pint.
