The person that told me about Hector’s said that he makes the best breakfast burrito in town, and has an excellent homemade salsa.
In a way I am sorry that I ordered the breakfast burrito and not one of the typical Mexican meals, because it was not what I usually get when ordering a breakfast burrito.
It was, putting it bluntly, rather bland and needed a lot of salsa to make me think I was eating something Mexican.
There is no question that it was big and packed , but the flavor of Mexico was just not there, which I would expect in a Mexican restaurant.
I might to try a typical Mexican meal, but I would not go back for the breakfast burritos.
