The pizza that we serve is Neopolitan, originating from Naples, South Italy.
Neopolitan pizza has a very defining characteristic of it being a ‘‘soggy pizza’’.
The reason behind this is that it has a very thin base and has slightly more sauce compared to other styles of pizza.
You may also be interested to know that before we serve the pizza to you, we leave the dough to rest for a minimum of 48 hours, with the use of strictly fresh ingredients ONLY!
