Our days are spent sourcing great food and drink and working closely with passionate producers to bring the very best selection to market.

First and foremost our aim is to find the very best produce.

Food and drink that tastes so good that you're torn between shouting about it and keeping it very quietly to yourself.

Our background is food markets and we get excited by the sounds, the smells, the colours and the atmosphere of great markets and our aim is to bring this excitement to our customers.

We treat our suppliers as partners and we work closely with them to ensure our food is ethically and sustainably sourced.

Did you know that Britain has more types of cheese than France?

Not as much as we like cheese, but almost.

Our cheese counter has been voted in the Top 10 in the UK and we sell our cheese by weight as well as putting it into our toasted sandwiches.

Britain is also producing some great cured meats that can rival the best the continent can offer.

Updated 16/3/16 with news on the soft launch One of the best things about St Pancras station is definitely Sourced Market which has fuelled many of Hot Dinners' trips from that station.

In their Kitchen Deli you can eat in or take away from a daily changing menu incorporating a full salad bar, hot counter and free range Scotch eggs and sausage rolls.

"We'll have an expanded range of craft beer showcasing the best of London's craft brewers as well as a selection from the rest of the UK and further afield," says Ben.

Wine on keg is still unusual in the UK but it keeps better and is better value and more environmentally friendly (because shipping glass bottles is costly and inefficient and creates lots of waste) so we can offer better wine for less."

For that, you'll get a free coffee with any purchase from 7am-12pm and visitors to the bottle shop and wine cellar will get 50% off food platters with any glass of wine or beer bought.

A capacious Marylebone spot for eating, drinking and filling up the larder.

The original Sourced Market might be the best thing about St Pancras International: a trove of impeccably procured food and drink, mostly from small British producers, that’s helped thousands of commuters kick their soggy station sarnie habit.

You could pop in here for a quick sandwich and emerge half an hour later loaded with cheese, ham, antipasti, herb oil, jam, pickles, dried pasta, dark chocolate and gin.

There’s a deli counter, a juice bar, a coffee shop with guest beans on monthly rotation, a bakery, hot food and a whole fridge full of wraps, sandwiches and salads including a plethora of veggie and vegan options.

And you couldn’t say that about the St Pancras branch.
