Golden House Chinese Takeaway, Thornton Heath | Takeaway ...
Honestly, these people are something else, 3 times i have found objects in my food, twice it was hair and once it was a piece of metal brillo pad any of my children or family could have been seriously hurt.
Each time i have called Golden House to tell them what i have found they have denied it is them and never said sorry.
I have never asked for my money back only a bit of customer service but they are rude and do not understand how a business should treat paying customers.
I was even told that i have an attitude because i am complaining, me the paying customer.
I am now starting to wonder what part of the body these hairs came from as the young kid always has his hand in his pants and he cooks also.
