Koji

KOJI.

If Pinot Noir were food, it would taste like Koji’s hamachi with caviar umami jelly – A cuisine firmly rooted in the elegant and delicate cuisine of Japan with the freshness and spicy punch of Peru.

Collaborated by the Japanese-style grilling of the freshest artisanal ingredients - food at its best.

KOJI Restaurant Review 2017

Review analysis
food

If you’re looking for the finest Japanese food in London which really delivers a quality fine dining experience, be sure to check out KOJI in Parsons Green.

The concept of KOJI is to share dishes presented to the table, a great way to sample different types of Japanese food.

One of my favourites at KOJI are their Sushi Rolls, we opted for a combination of Black Cod Miso and Spicy Tuna Maki.

We chose the Teriyaki Glazed Salmon to enjoy alongside the Sushi Rolls, it was incredible, a high quality cut of fish & a highlight of the meal.

Koji is one of the best Japanese restaurants in London, high quality food, excellent atmosphere and fantastic hospitality.

Little did I know that only a short walk away from me was a new Japanese restaurant called Koji.

Juicy prawns coated in a perfectly crisp and golden batter – then smothered in a light and creamy togarashi sauce which had bags of flavour, good acidity and nice sour element to it.

The one thing you’ve got to love about Koji (not just the flavours) is that the food is consistently good.

The desserts here at Koji won’t change your life but they’re still very good.

Koji was such a surprise of a restaurant and one I for some reason had my reservations about before visiting – but by good did they impress and strip away any doubt I had.
