In a nutshell: Steak and sushi bar with DIY hot stone cooking Summing it all up: If you enjoy an interactive dining experience this new steak and sushi spot delivers main courses to you ready to cook over a hot stone.

Islington has a new hot stone steak and sushi spot.

Launched by Shrabaneswor Rai and Muna Sambahangphe, the restaurant serves up a range of sushi and sashimi with guests cooking their main courses on hot stones.

Start out with maybe crispy rice with spicy tuna tartare and pickled radish or takoyaki with okonomiyaki sauce or perhaps the octopus carpaccio with radish, fennel and truffle mustard sauce (pictured) before moving on to the hot stone course, where you can choose from a variety of meat and fish - including tuna or wagyu beef - or opt for a bibimbap bowl instead.
