I must say I wasn’t really expecting that for a burger place, but bear in mind that this is more of an experimental tasting session so they’ve gone out of their usual shell and served us something out of the box.
The goat cheese was really nice at first, added a cheesy and hearty touch to the dish but after a while it started to taste a bit overpowering over the aubergine.
Here is one last seafood dish before diving into the burgers (I’m just writing it according to time order of dishes served!)
I understand they want to serve something different, go for a more family-friendly direction, and offer non-burger options but in my opinion, if I do not fancy having a burger, I wouldn’t have come here in the first place, right?
However, I think there’s definitely potential in there and from the review of everyone else who’s been to their original branch before, they definitely serve some pretty good quality burgers – so I do look forward to that later down the line when I get to revisit and go for something original on their menu.
