Minkies chef and founder Doron Atzmon carefully sources the finest and freshest ingredients to prepare all Minkies’ delicious dishes from scratch.

Doron was surrounded by food as a child and wanted to create a warm and inviting deli cafe serving dishes full of charismatic passion that is clearly in his blood.

There she would teach them to select produce…‘only pick the ones that are smiling at you’ – a philosophy that has never left Doron.

Doron’s love of food, along with experience gained travelling the world has resulted in him not just understanding flavours but crafting a truly versatile menu.

Doron’s hard work has been rewarded with a Gold Star Great Taste Award.
