Although Booking.com could be partly blamed for this as we only received an e-mail from the host (via Booking.com) regarding the issues highlighted a couple of days AFTER we've checked out.
The issue was handled well by the host (Susan) prior to our arrival but it did cause a bit of a headache on our end.
It's a little bit high as it was a one time thing (a maid came to clean the place when we left... but we've also done a little bit of cleaning ourselves).
All it needs is a little bit of communication on both ends!
We would highly recommend this place to our friends and family if they're ever looking for a large place to stay in London.
